The Role:

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ experiential and programme objectives, and curate, plan, and customise sports and travel experiences to meet client requirements.
- Bring in sales
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and end-to-end project ownership from proposal to post‑trip follow‑up.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery through effective administration, coordination, documentation, and timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, services, and experiences offerings to support effective client engagement.
- Lead and manage client groups during overseas programmes, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and a positive client experience.
- Work with our operations teams for on‑ground execution to deliver high‑quality and memorable experiences for clients.
- Build, engage, and maintain strong client relationships, including account management and repeat business development.
Prerequisites:
- Strong interest and passion for sports and sports-related experiences is essential.
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a local travel agency, sports company, events company, or related industry; or
- Diploma / Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sports Management, Events Management, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in the sports, travel, or events industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English and at least one additional language to liaise with clients and overseas partners.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for overseas programmes.
