Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for exhibitions. You will identify new exhibitors, advise clients on ROI, and coordinate with teams to enhance exhibitor success. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development and holds a relevant diploma or degree. The role offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500 and regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

  • Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
