Job summary

A leading training provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled class coordinator to ensure timely preparation of classes and manage course documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and possesses excellent customer service and complaint resolution capabilities. This role requires a minimum diploma and knowledge of training systems and tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Good complaint resolution skills will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of training administration systems will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate will be an advantage.

Job description

Work location: Jurong East

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely preparation of classes
  2. Prepare course documents, assessment booklets and props.
  3. Prepare laptop carts, room set up (furniture) according to the course.
  4. Prepare any special ad hoc requirements for specialised courses or corporate clients.
  5. Coordinate with Digital OE to ensure pre delivery tasks and classes are ready to start.
  6. Morning Gemba in the centre (assist trainers and trainees).
  7. Support coordination of late comer trainees with sales and fulfilment team.
  8. Handling of all offsite classes.
  9. Prepare course materials, refreshment ordering and attendance list.
  10. Prepare course documents and props.
  11. Liaise with courier for delivering and collecting of props, courseware and course documents
  12. Perform batching at end of each class for F2F classes.
  13. Preparation and printing of hardcopy certificates (selected courses).
  14. Marking of assessment paper with OMR machine and generate assessment results.
  15. Upload assessment results and update scores into system.
  16. Scan assessor evaluations via OMR.
  17. Submit details of F2F classes as requested by funding agency during audits.
  18. Liaise with external assessment centres for test results.
  19. Inventory Management (stationery, props, training equipment & bulk order hardcopy books).
  20. Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in assessment rooms, classrooms, Trainer’s room and storerooms.
  21. Assist Trainers and Trainees on-site
  22. Maintain good customer service relationships at all times
