Job description
Key Tasks:
  • Oversee and perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and reconcile General Ledger and bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and provide recommendations for effective cash management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, where required.
  • Assist in performing other Finance-related duties
Skills & Competencies:
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with exposure to full sets of accounts preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
