Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Seller Excellence and Enablement Executive to support our Seller Excellence team in driving operational improvements, seller experience initiatives, and governance frameworks.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of marketplace processes — from seller onboarding and compliance tracking to performance monitoring and workflow automation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process optimization, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Operations & Governance
- Support the execution of marketplace seller management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, seller assessments, aftersales handling).
- Track seller metrics and ensure operational adherence to platform policies and SLAs.
- Consolidate seller and BPO data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing structured playbooks or SOPs for key marketplace workflows.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Work with the Seller Excellence team to enhance internal workflows through automation (e.g., Google App Script triggers, data-driven dashboards).
- Participate in testing and documenting process changes or new operational tools.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions to streamline execution.
- Reporting & Insights
- Maintain marketplace dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance.
- Generate insights and reports to support management decision-making.
- Highlight process gaps, recurring seller issues, and areas for system enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Tech, Customer Service) to resolve seller-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendor partners and BPOs to ensure timely case resolution and process compliance.
- Support seller communications — including policy updates, operational notices, and data validation exercises.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or E-Commerce preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data entry).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Eager to learn about marketplace operations and seller management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic familiarity with tools like SAP, Big Query, or Google App Script (training will be provided).
- Prior internship or experience in e-commerce or operations support is a plus.
