Executive, Park Operations - Rainforest Wild Africa

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and maintaining park cleanliness.
  • Deliver excellent guest experience, including managing guest feedback on-ground and addressing service lapses.
  • Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.
  • Ensure safe work practices are followed.
  • Review, propose, and implement ideas to improve park operations and guest experience.
  • Assist in staff management, including manpower planning, deployment, and training.
  • Assist in generating and reviewing reports.
  • Support wildlife management efforts.
  • Manage assigned projects and portfolios.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project management exposure.
  • Pleasant, courteous, and confident demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a positive work attitude, good time management, and problem-solving skills.
