We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Back Office Executive to support our operations in securities and derivatives. The ideal candidate should have some exposure to the capital markets industry and a keen interest in operational processes within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily trade processing, settlement and reconciliation activities
  • Assist in checking and matching trade details with counterparties, brokers and exchanges
  • Monitor and follow up on unmatched trades settlement fails and corporate action events
  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions and trades
  • Generate operational and regulatory reports as required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth post-trade execution
  • Contribute to process improvements and support internal system enhancements
  • Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in a back office or operations role, preferably in a capital markets or financial services environment
  • Basic understanding of capital market products (e.g., equities, derivatives, foreign exchange) and trade lifecycle
  • Familiarity with MAS, SGX or regional market rules and settlement processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with operations systems is advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
