The Operations Executive supports the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of hospice operations, including facilities, procurement coordination, vendor management, and safety‑related activities, to ensure a safe and well‑maintained care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facilities services such as maintenance, housekeeping, security, and waste management.
  • Conduct routine checks and follow up on maintenance and safety issues.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and inventory tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
