Job description

Key Deliverables:

The incumbent is responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new and existing software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes configuring, developing, writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications pertaining to web-based, standalone desktop and server applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
• Develop software products for business and end users as required
• Maintain and administer business databases, including efficiency tuning, backups, and restores.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
• Provide support for user requests.
