Job Summary:

The Executive/Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT), supports the organization’s digital transformation by leading IT strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and business process improvements at the regional level.

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT transitions, supporting IT operations, exploring BI and AI solutions, and ensuring effective IT governance, communication, and training. The position requires a proactive, independent, and resourceful individual capable of working under pressure to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation:
  • Develop and administer IT strategic plans aligned with corporate goals and technological trends.
  • Implement IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, alignment, and transparency across the organization.
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and support digital transformation and change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
  • Oversee in-house venture initiatives, including joint ventures and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Coordinate and support IT-related audits, ensuring readiness, documentation, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Digital Business:
  • Digital Project Management

Data Driven Enterprise:
  • Technology Innovation: Research & analysis to find new and better technical solutions to provide business value.
  • Enterprise Architecture roadmap & standards: Mid & long-term plans for technology, system and hardware transformation in line with Enterprise IT Strategy
  • Support in System Integration framework standards
  • Support in the development of strategy
IT Operations:
  • Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
  • Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware/software when necessary
  • Manage and track IT assets
  • Ensure Cyber Security across the Group and responsible in security awareness communications
Business Process Management:
  • Define strategy related to performance management, training, learning, change management and business intelligence
  • Support in business analysis and service design (Accounting, HR, Plan & Admin)
  • Support in dashboard and report requirements
  • Process performance monitoring, reporting and improvement analysis and guidelinesMapping of business & system processes
  • Support business system requirements management
  • Support and coordinate offshore contract, SOP and process migration
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation
  • Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledgeable in process improvement software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multicultural teams.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of IT solutions, new technologies and understanding technology trends
