About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive to join the team at St Joseph's Home. As the Executive (Human Resources), you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This full-time position is based in the West Region.

What you'll be doing
  • Support and partner with our various departments (via a consultative and pro-active approach) in the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition/ on-boarding matters, maintain and ensure compliance of employees’ database, assist in performance management
  • Promote and support positive and constructive employee relations
  • Manage and maintain manpower plans and budget, including the creation of management reports and employee-related documentation
  • Staff training & development functions, including review/ assessment of the departments’ training needs, coordinating training logistics, updating employee development plans, and ensuring that the training aligns with strategic business goals.
  • Participate and collaborate in special projects
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or relevant field from a recognised institution
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and HR information systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Expertise in oral & written communications in Chinese would be advantageous in engaging Chinese-speaking staff
  • Experience with Info-Tech software system will be an added advantage

  • Expertise in oral & written communications in Chinese would be advantageous in engaging Chinese‑speaking staff
