Regional Operations & Optimization Manager
Handle end-to-end HR service delivery, providing operational and administrative support to employees and managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, staff/employment passes, exit documentation and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle (e.g. MOM work pass application, renewals, cancellation and other regulatory requirements where necessary).
- Conduct pre-employment and reference checks in line with bank policies.
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
- Generate HR reports and provide documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
- Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, and reference checks.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a banking environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
