Regional Operations & Optimization Manager

Handle end-to-end HR service delivery, providing operational and administrative support to employees and managers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, staff/employment passes, exit documentation and other required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle (e.g. MOM work pass application, renewals, cancellation and other regulatory requirements where necessary).
  • Conduct pre-employment and reference checks in line with bank policies.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
  • Generate HR reports and provide documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
  • Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required.
