Executive, Global Branding, Marketing and Loyalty

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is looking for an Executive, Global Branding, Marketing and Loyalty to support the global marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives that strengthen MHR’s brand presence, engage MyMillennium loyalty members, and enhance public relations and communications efforts across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to MyMillennium members, including planning, asset creation, copy coordination, and deployment.
  • Maintain and update the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and consistent campaign execution.
Creative and Brand Assets
  • Design and create brand assets for MHR and its brands, including digital and print materials to support marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Public Relations Support
  • Assist in the planning and on-ground execution of PR events and brand activations.
  • Support media coordination and logistics for global and regional press activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating PR reports and media tracking documents.
Administrative Support
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining documentation, and supporting vendor coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of branding guidelines, OTA platforms, and content management is an advantage.
  • Detail‑Oriented: Ensure accuracy in all reports, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Analytical Thinking: Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Address challenges related to documentation, campaigns, and chargebacks.
  • Time Management: Deliver high‑quality outputs within tight deadlines.
