Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary & Purpose

The role will be instrumental in providing timely, data driven insights and proposals to support healthcare company strategic initiatives. This role will be part of Group Finance (Costing and Utilisation Management) and will mainly support budgeting and reporting requirements, as well as Costing and UM data analytics and ad-hoc project evaluation.

The ideal candidate will need to have a strong analytical and inquisitive mind, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Experience from healthcare finance is preferred but not a pre-requisite.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support both annual budget and projection excercises as well as regular reporting.
  • Propose, develop and collaborate with site finance teams to establish systematic reporting for financials and non-financials reporting
  • Provide informative and actionable analysis to support clinical directors in both service and business development
  • Analyse healthcare utilisation data to support Value based care in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform project financial evaluation to assess the viability and profitability of new initatives and programs.
  • Ad-hoc data analysis
Key Requirements
  • Degree from Accountancy/ Finance/ Quantitative Finance
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in Quantitative Finance and Accounting role will be preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written skills)
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
  • Excellent team player and good work attitude.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Inquisitive and willing to learn
