Job summary

A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for an AR and GL position. The candidate will support the supervisor in managing treasury products and assist with financial operations, including accounts receivable and monthly audits. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector. Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of SFRS, Companies Act and accounting regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on individual with strong initiative.

The Role

This AR and GL position will be supporting the supervisor in the assigned team for treasury products.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for treasury products for Treasury companies.
• Assist in accounts receivable receipting and billing.
• Preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Involvement in the year-end audit and budgeting process.
• Any other ad-hoc accounting functions as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
• Knowledge in Treasury products is an advantage.
• Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP and Blackline system would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on with good eyes for details, able to communicate effectively to various parties and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with high level of initiative.
