The Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan and the Teochew Business Federation Singapore invite applications for the position of Executive Director, a senior leadership role supporting the strategic direction and daily operations of the organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Secretariat, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and its administrative functions.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and organisational support to the Board of Directors, including meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Implement Board decisions and support the execution of programmes, events, and initiatives.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Board from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree holder from a recognised institution.
  • Possess extensive and relevant working experience, preferably in organisational management, administration, or related fields.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Ability to speak and understand Teochew is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
