YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Digitalisation & IT Ops, you will manage IT infrastructure, oversee daily IT operations, manage resources, and drive continuous improvements within the IT department and *SCAPE team. You will support integration of emerging technologies, optimise IT processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption.
YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions.
- Support development and implementation of digital projects from concept to execution, including prototypes, wireframes, and mock‑ups.
IT Operations & Cybersecurity
- Support operation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, including network, systems, software, applications, data storage, backup, and security.
- Act as key coordination point for IT operations and helpdesk matters, triaging and following up issues with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in IT asset procurement, inventory tracking, and disposal processes, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Support digitalisation initiatives within the infrastructure domain, including implementation and adoption of approved systems and tools.
- Assist in planning and delivery of basic IT familiarisation and user guidance for end users.
- Provide support in budget planning related to IT initiatives and operations.
- Support the Head of Department in vendor coordination, monitoring project delivery, maintenance services, and software licence renewals; assist in development and upkeep of IT policies and standard operating procedures.
Team Management & Internal Collaboration
- Contribute to development and execution of *SCAPE’s overall strategic plan and vision.
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 1 year of relevant working / internship experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support (advantageous).
- Fundamental knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS).
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
- Familiar with Windows, Office 365, mobile device management, IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems, and SharePoint frameworks.
- Experience coordinating with IT vendors for troubleshooting and project execution.
- Passion for digital innovation and technology trends.
