What You’ll Be Involved In:

• Developing comprehensive response plans and scenarios for communicable disease outbreaks and national emergencies, in alignment with MOH guidelines and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting departments in translating strategic response plans into actionable SOPs.
• Enhancing hospital capabilities in operations, IT, and infrastructure to sustain critical services during emergencies.
• Collaborating across clinical and operational teams to ensure an effective and coordinated emergency response.

What We’re Looking For:

• Min Degree with at least 2 years of experience in operations-related roles.
• Prior experience in hospital operations, emergency response, or a medical/nursing background is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in IT applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing skills and effective communication abilities.
