Job Description:

• Provide details on the principal responsibilities of the job
• Flight, hotel, transport booking arrangements
• Medical booking arrangements as per Oil Major requirements
• Prepare the Letter of Guarantee for joining crew
• Prepare the crew employment contract
• Prepare the PR for PPE kits and satellite calling cards for 3rd party vendors
• Prepare the crew cash and meal allowances reimbursements
• Updating of the crew information into the Crew Management System
• Applying of the ICA s/on & s/off letters
• Preparing the necessary documents & Invitation letters for crew visa application
• Liaise & coordinate with 3rd party manning agencies for the smooth deployment of crew
• Checking the authenticity of the crew national COC & GOC with the respective Maritime organization
• Security and National clearances pertaining to crew – Project specific
• Checking of the monthly payroll reports for salary disbursement
• Any other administrative works as required by the Manager
