Job summary

A semiconductor industry leader in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chairman / Business Strategy Manager to assist in strategic planning, manage client relationships, and conduct market analysis. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is fluent in English. willing to travel and work overtime as required. Qualifications

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chairman / Business Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Assist the Chairman in formulating business development strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives, and monitor the execution of these plans.

  2. Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key project leaders from major domestic and international semiconductor companies, including but not limited to SMIC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung, TSMC, and Intel.

  3. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on semiconductor industry trends, competitive landscape, and business models to provide the Chairman with strategic insights and market analysis reports.

  4. Business Development: Lead or participate in business expansion activities, including new client acquisition, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and ongoing client relationship management.

  5. Resource Integration: Leverage personal and corporate networks to connect and integrate strategic resources, including but not limited to investment, financing, and business partnerships.

  6. Ad Hoc Assignments: Handle special projects and tasks assigned by the Chairman as needed.

Qualifications:
  1. Master’s degree or above from a prestigious university. Graduates from Tsinghua University or affiliated institutions are a plus.

  2. Strong market analysis capability, excellent business negotiation skills, and solid teamwork spirit.
