    You will be joining our team as a Virtual/Executive Assistant, providing essential administrative support while working remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing emails efficiently, ensuring seamless communication channels, engaging in daily correspondence with stakeholders on behalf of the company, organizing files, data, and administrative materials, conducting research on various topics to support decision-making processes, and assisting with general administrative tasks to enhance team operations.As a part of your role, you will filter and manage emails, responding on behalf of the CEO, communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members, maintain digital filing systems, update records, and organize documentation, conduct background research on diverse subjects, and prepare reports. Your assistance will also be crucial in managing day-to-day administrative operations.To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role, possess self-starting qualities and the ability to work independently, exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrate strong organizational abilities with proficient multitasking skills, be adept in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital communication tools, have a reliable internet connection, a suitable home office setup, and experience with chatGPT.This is a full-time or part-time role with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule with a day shift. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience.
