Overview

Our client is a Property Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Executive / Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, including trade and tenant mix planning, to achieve optimal occupancy and business objectives.
• Coordinate departmental activities to ensure alignment with leasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, addressing and resolving issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Retail Leasing

• Manage leasing enquiries, arrange viewings, and liaise with prospective tenants and agents.
• Build a strong tenant pipeline by securing new-to-market, local, and international brands.
• Lead and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Handle all tenancy-related matters and perform other duties as assigned.

Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and secure new market segments.
• Gather and analyse market data on comparable projects for reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare tenant sales performance reports, annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports.
