A local insurance brokerage in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their Account Servicing team. The ideal candidate will handle documentation for insurance policies, manage invoicing, and possess strong follow-up skills. Previous experience in insurance broking is preferred. A Certificate of General Insurance is ideal, but candidates can obtain it after joining.
The Executive Assistant is required to provide admin support to the team of servicers and ensure proper documentation for each policy placed and be up to date with all electronic filing matters.
