Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external meetings; take minutes and track follow-ups.
  • Prepare briefs, research, presentations, and talking points.
  • Coordinate the Founder’s schedules, reminders, and priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Support brand events, media days, launches, and special projects.

Job description

CAL MED is the medical aesthetic arm of CAL Concept & Lifestyle, offering medically led treatments powered by advanced technologies and guided by doctors and Deka-certified therapists. Key Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external meetings; take minutes and track follow-ups
  • Prepare briefs, research, presentations, and talking points
  • Coordinate the Founder’s schedules, reminders, and priorities
  • Act as a point of contact for partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Work with departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support brand events, media days, launches, and special projects
  • Assist with internal organisation, reports, and operational documents
  • Help keep the Founder organised, informed, and prepared
  • Coordinate simple lifestyle appointments or logistics when needed
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks that support smoother day-to-day workflow

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and naturally good with people — someone who can anticipate needs, communicate confidently, and stay steady in a fast-moving environment. You should enjoy working closely with the Founder, be comfortable handling different moving parts, and be tech-savvy enough to navigate Google Suite and basic project tools with ease. A solutions-driven mindset and the confidence to communicate well with different people are important.

  • Strong written & spoken English
  • Diploma/Degree preferred
  • 2–5 years’ experience in EA, operations, coordination, or client-facing roles
  • Familiar with Google Suite, digital tools, and basic AI
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, design, or medical aesthetics is a plus
  • Singaporean/PR preferred
