The role demands exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, including managing the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements. About Our Client

A global private investment firm managing diversified private market assets across private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and credit for institutional and private investors worldwide.

Job Description
  • To be part of a globally recognised firm.
  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO'S calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist a team of 10 across various admin tasks.
  • Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Submission of expense claims through concur system.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
  • Has 2 years of experience in secretarial role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
  • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management and organisation skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting management needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and systems.
