About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join as an Executive Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and senior leadership. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the office and enabling the business to thrive.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  2. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  3. Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and expense reporting
  4. Act as the first point of contact, managing incoming calls and visitors
  5. Provide support for special projects and events as needed
  6. Maintain office supplies and oversee office operations
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  3. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Proactive, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
