Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, while also playing a key role in assisting with strategic projects and school-wide initiatives. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with strong execution skills, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and board updates.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from leadership meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Assist with operational projects, process improvements, and school initiatives.
- Support strategic planning by collecting data, preparing analysis, and tracking key metrics.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure timely execution.
- Help implement leadership decisions and follow through on project deliverables.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Support planning and execution of events, conferences, and school functions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Provide ad-hoc support to leadership as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a project/operations support role.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); other languages an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and able to handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently for work, including internationally.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
