A company in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and act as the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring excellent client relations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a client-focused mindset, with a diploma or degree qualification required.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, travel, and key documents
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing materials, presentations, and accurately recording minutes
Handle all client communications — inquiries, feedback, and concerns — ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping in the database
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations and client experience
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and align services with the brand’s image
Monitor key deadlines, leads reports, and sales pipelines, keeping the CEO and department heads informed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure office organization and upkeep
Execute ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the CEO
Detailed, meticulous and result-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Independent, quick-on-action and flexible self-starter with high sense of responsibility
Strong ability to organize work well with deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in Sales, Administration or Personal Assistant role is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Excel with relevant hands-on experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
Good customer service skills with a client-focused mindset
Proven ability to provide tailored support to upscale clients with discretion and care
Diploma or Degree qualification required
