Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, travel, and key documents

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing materials, presentations, and accurately recording minutes

  • Handle all client communications — inquiries, feedback, and concerns — ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping in the database

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations and client experience

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and align services with the brand’s image

  • Monitor key deadlines, leads reports, and sales pipelines, keeping the CEO and department heads informed

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure office organization and upkeep

  • Execute ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the CEO
