Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Executive to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the HR department. You will be responsible for drafting correspondence, arranging meetings, and maintaining a systematic filing system. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration and has at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Competitive salary up to $4500 plus variable bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR.

  • Salary Range: Up to $4500 + VB
  • Apparel Distributor industry
  • Working location: Central
  • Working days & hours: 5D (9.00am - 5.00pm)
Job Responsibilities
  • To provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to HR
  • Assist in drafting correspondence, writing minutes, preparing presentation slides etc
  • Arrange and coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items till closure
  • Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports, and materials for meetings where necessary
  • Translate documents, conduct research, and prepare documents for review during meetings
  • Perform office duties and general administrative support
  • Maintain a systematic filing system, records and safekeeping of different kinds of documents
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of Management, staffs, and external parties
  • Research, arrange and organize all travel arrangements – Visas, flights, hotels, restaurants, travel itinerary
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies/Administration
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
