Job summary

An international lift and escalator company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage executive coordination and stakeholder relationships. This role involves planning strategic meetings, managing information efficiently, and leading special projects including AI innovation.   • Ensure alignment on strategic priorities and governance structures.
  • Maintain communication on key business drivers for decision-making.
  • Plan high-impact meetings and manage agendas.
  • Support in resolving queries from customers by coordinating teams.
  • Monitor news outlets for developments impacting the Zone.
  • Deliver data analyses and presentations for business insights.
  • Manage and update the Zone’s intranet page regularly.
  • Lead special projects such as AI Enablement & Innovation.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Executive Coordination & Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment on strategic priorities, governance structures, and key deliverables in the Zone.
  • Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication on key business drivers to support timely, informed decision-making.
  • Business Meetings & Strategic Engagements: Plan and deliver high-impact meetings, leadership offsites, and multi-country conferences. Manage agendas, prepare pre-readings and presentations, take minutes, organize venues, equipment, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Information Management & Business Advice: Support in addressing queries and escalations from internal or external customers by coordinating with subject matter experts and mobilizing teams to resolve.
  • Market Insights: Monitor news outlets and relevant information channels to stay continuously informed on developments impacting the Zone, ensuring timely and accurate updates are provided.
  • Data Analytics & Market Insights: Deliver analyses of data and presentations; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of business insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues and improvement of business performance.
  • Zone Intranet Management: Manage and regularly update the Zone’s intranet page to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant information is accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Special Projects & Innovation: Lead and support special projects as per MKL’s request, such as AI Enablement & Innovation (initiate and drive the regional movement for AI tool utilization, empowering Asia Pacific teams to develop solutions with potential for global adoption).
