Job summary

A prominent technology service provider in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate to manage user access, handle technical issues, and ensure system compliance. The ideal applicant should have a diploma in IT or equivalent experience, proficient in scripting languages, and capable of managing identity and access systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in relevant fields or O-Levels with significant experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and permissions for associated systems.
  • Raise ticket requests for user additions, modifications, or removals.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Conduct periodic checks of system configurations for compliance.
  • Identify and flag issues in data usage and system performance.

Skills

Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting)
Advanced Excel skills (data merging, macros, automation)
Knowledge of identity and access management principles
Experience with Active Directory
Understanding of security compliance requirements

Education

Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage user access and permissions for all associated systems
  • Raise ticketing requests through Service Management Tool (SMT), or equivalent, for addition, modification, or removal of users, system enhancement requests, configuration changes, technical issues
  • Respond or update status to all user enquiries related to account access, system functions, configuration issues, or general platform usage, and provide preliminary troubleshooting of issues, such as form configuration, faced by users
  • Conduct periodic check of system configurations to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.
  • Identify and flag issues in data usage, system performance, training and Update Communications
  • Email Account Management, Support the production, maintenance, and regular updating of documentation
  • System configuration changes for audit, reference, and performance tracking purposes
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management
  • or O-Levels with four (4) years or more of directly relevant working experience related field in system administration, database management, user support, digital platform management, or related technical roles, with experience in Common Data Environment (CDE) administration and access management; or
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and advanced Excel skills including data merging, macros, and automation
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles
  • Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools
  • Understanding of security compliance requirements
  • ITIL foundation certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
