Executive (Administration) Required in Singapore
  • Manage invoice payments, staff reimbursements, and issuance of purchase orders
  • Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern payroll computations)
  • Administer company insurance matters, including policy renewals, coverage, and claims
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
  • Coordinate internal events, return-to-office arrangements, and logistics
  • Oversee procurement and consolidation of pantry and stationery supplies
  • Provide support for meetings (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking

Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month

Availability: Preferably able to start work on short notice
