Key Responsibilities
Event Strategies and Management
  • Plan, organize, and execute high‑impact events (e.g., conferences, product launches, networking sessions, internal events).
  • Manage end‑to‑end event logistics including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor event performance and prepare post‑event reports with actionable insights.
Partnership Development
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to activate and optimize partnerships.
  • Serve as the main liaison with partners to co‑create and execute branded activations.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, front‑office teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals.
  • Support business development initiatives through partner engagement and event platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, partnership development, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong vendor and partner management skills.
  • Confidence in client‑facing settings.
  • Experience engaging with affluent or accredited‑investor segments preferred.
