Job Summary

The Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer will collaborate closely with the Events Director to plan, coordinate, and execute events that deliver seamless and memorable experiences for guests and clients. This role drives operational excellence and elevates service quality throughout event lifecycles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead communications by managing email and phone enquiries to provide timely and professional responses that enhance client and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate and participate in site visits with clients and vendors to align event logistics and expectations
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain event documentation including contracts, proposals, and event orders to support efficient event planning and execution
  • Oversee on-site event operations to ensure service delivery meets company standards and guest experience objectives
  • Manage guest relations by welcoming clients, attending to VIPs, and professionally addressing feedback to uphold high service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and successful event outcomes
  • Support the Events Director with administrative and operational tasks to facilitate effective event management
Required competencies and certifications
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event hours as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Background in F&B or hospitality to contribute relevant industry knowledge and customer service expertise
  • Basic knowledge of wines and beverages, with WSET Level 1 or 2 certification considered an advantage

Work Schedule 5 days per week

  • 10:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. (inclusive of meal breaks)
