An international events organization in Singapore is seeking an Apprentice, Events & Conferences to support the planning and execution of the Asia Tech x Singapore portfolio. This role is based in our Bugis Junction Towers office. The Apprentice, Events & Conferences position is designed to support the planning and execution of high‑impact conferences and event activities within the Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) portfolio. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the full conference lifecycle — from speaker invitations and content planning to operational execution and on‑site delivery.
As part of the ATxSG content team, the apprentice will work alongside producers, sales, marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of conferences and awards. The role involves frequent interaction with senior industry stakeholders (e.g. C‑suite speakers), giving the apprentice valuable experience in managing external relationships and content logistics.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for events, and a desire to grow in the field of conference production and event management.
