Job description

Conduct regular on-site compliance checks at sales roadshows to ensure adherence to internal policies and MAS regulations

Develop, review, and enhance compliance guidelines for roadshow activities

Manage and liaise with external vendors for mystery shopping and inspection services

Support and engage the agency force to promote understanding and adoption of compliance requirements

Provide guidance to sales teams to meet compliance obligations while supporting business objectives

Identify gaps and propose improvements to compliance processes and systems

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement compliance and operational enhancements

Monitor compliance performance and prepare reports for management review

Recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate compliance risks

Support business-as-usual (BAU) compliance activities with minimal supervision

Perform ad-hoc duties to strengthen overall compliance governance
