We’re Hiring: Event Executive (Singapore)

Big Creative is a Singapore‑based production studio specialising in brand experiences, event builds, and custom fabrication. We help brands turn ideas into reality — fast, sharp, and on‑point. From pop‑ups and mall activations to signage and spatial builds, we handle end‑to‑end execution with precision, taste, and zero fluff.

Events are not spreadsheets.

They are plans that survive contact with reality.

We’re looking for an Event Executive who can turn chaos into clean execution — someone who knows that “smooth event” usually means someone out back is sweating quietly.

This is not a desk job.

This is a get-your‑hands‑dirty, headset‑on, clipboard‑in‑hand type of role.

The work (aka what you’re really signing up for)

You’ll be involved end‑to‑end, including but not limited to:

• Planning real events, not just talking about them
• Dealing with vendors, venues and clients (sometimes all at once)
• Writing run sheets, timelines and plans that actually work on‑site
• Being on the ground when things go wrong (and fixing them)
• Managing logistics, crew, deliveries and last‑minute disasters
• Helping with budgets, quotations, POs and invoices
• Being the adult in the room when nobody else wants to be

This job is for you if:

• You’ve worked in events, production, hospitality, PR or agency life
• You don’t panic when “the mic isn’t working”
• You can talk to a hotel sales manager without sounding like an intern
• You can think three steps ahead when everyone else is reacting
• You don’t mind late nights when deadlines matter
• You’re organised enough to make chaos look boring
• You understand that “just one small change” is never just one

Pay:

SGD $2,800 – $3,500 / month
