Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, launch, and enhancement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, UAT, training, and implementation.
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance post-launch.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Min. 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Software Consultant in the FinTech industry
