Job description
What the role is

To engage with and care for our residents by delivering excellent housing management services to meet diverse housing needs and achieve national social objectives.

What you will be working on
  • Your responsibilities as an Estate Manager include the review and/or administration of public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living; administration of mortgage financing matters; and the management of lease matters such as transfer of flat ownership, renting out of flat and monetisation options.
  • You may be involved in the allocation and management of rental flats and car parks; provide guidance and assistance to flat owners and tenants on the maintenance of their flats.
  • You are also expected to engage HDB residents & work in partnership with other agencies/stakeholders to deliver estate renewal programmes (e.g. Home Improvement Programme) and co-create solutions & resolve housing management issues.
  • With the rich information gathered through customer interactions & case management, it is necessary that you are able to work with data and generate useful insights to improve work processes & customer service.
What we are looking for

You should be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
