A prominent esports organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage coaches and players while assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment. The role involves ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and creating regular reports and plans. As a key player, you will engage with the esports director and conduct market research on games and players. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Managing our various coaches, players, and team.
Assisting with talent acquisition and recruiting of new players, coaches, and team.
Ensure all players, coaches, and team fulfil sponsorship deliverables.
Report on a regular basis and create monthly plan.
Researching & Identifying emerging games and game developers.
Research market to identify sources of talents (Talent Acquisition and Recruitment ).
Assisting esports department in talent recruitment and onboarding.
Assist coaches and players with market research on other players in the market.
Advise and develop plans/business case for new strategic.
Maintain close working relationship with the esports director.
Leverage key findings and data to advise, develop, and execute talent recruiting
Reports Directly to the Esports Director
