Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, consulting, private equity, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting methodologies (GHG Protocol) and ESG frameworks (TCFD, SASB, GRI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio company engagement on sustainability initiatives.
• Measure and track carbon emissions across the portfolio.
• Respond to Limited Partner ESG and sustainability questionnaires.
• Conduct sustainability due diligence on prospective investments.
