The Role

Job Description

• Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, GreenRE, LEED, Green Mark, ILFI etc.
• Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation – IES, CFD
• Experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and chiller audits.
• Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
• Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
• Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
• Other adhoc related tasks

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field
• Willing to travel
• Can work independently as well as in small teams
• Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
• Good report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
