🏆 What You’ll Do:

• Game Management – Ensure our players have a thrilling and seamless experience before, during, and after their escape room challenge!
• Shop Operations – Keep our escape rooms running smoothly, from resetting games to maintaining top-notch hygiene and shop standards.
• Customer Service – Engage with customers, manage bookings, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration – Work with an enthusiastic crew to deliver amazing experiences, and step in when needed to support operations.
• Cashiering & Admin – Handle daily sales tallies, shop logs, and ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Social Media & Promotions – Help shape our online presence and think up creative marketing campaigns to attract new escape artists!

Working Conditions

• Location: Central, Gr.iD Singapore (Dhoby Ghaut/Bencoolen)
• Hours: 42-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800/month
• Working Days: 5 Days / week
