Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, intellectually curious Equity Research Analyst to join our investment team. We value analytical ability, sound judgment, and character over specific prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on global large-cap companies across sectors
• Analyse company financials, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning
• Develop and articulate an investment thesis based on independent thinking and thorough analysis
• Work closely with portfolio managers and other analysts in a highly collaborative process
• Monitor existing investments and update views as new information becomes available
• Communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
• Prepare and present investment theses and strategies to internal and external parties, and to support our business development activities

Preferred Background
