Purpose of the Job (Why the job exists):

• To ensure equipment performance by maintaining and problem solving (troubleshooting).

• To improve equipment reliability to identify and resolve equipment issues, implement preventive maintenance and upgrades.

• Able to collaborate with production team to ensure meets production requirements

• Responsibilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• Perform line sustaining job function on set-up, conversion and equipment repair to support production loading.

• Develop creative and innovative solutions to problems with considerable initiatives and independent thoughts.

• Communicate with Associate Engineers / Technical Specialist and external vendors to resolve problems.

• Proactively identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.

• In-charge of metallization equipment and process knowledge is preferred.
