Overview



  • 5.5 alt days work week

  • Location: North

  • Industry: Cooling tower

  • Executive Sales Engineer ($3k - $4k Basic)

  • Senior Sales Engineer ($4k-$5.5k Basic)


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value proposition.


2. Technical Consultation


  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product application advice.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients.


3. Proposal & Quotation


  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.


4. Project Coordination


  • Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


5. Market Intelligence


  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide feedback to management on market needs and product improvements.


6. Administrative & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
