Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value proposition.
2. Technical Consultation
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product application advice.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients.
3. Proposal & Quotation
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
4. Project Coordination
- Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and product improvements.
6. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
