Job summary

A leading research university in Singapore is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join the Social Endocrinology and Decision-making Lab. This full-time entry-level position provides an opportunity to contribute to research on how hormones influence behavior in social contexts. The role includes designing protocols, coordinating data collection, and supervising team members. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a keen interest in research. Skills in statistical analysis and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a research lab, preferably in Psychology.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis.
  • Experience working with physiological measures is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design research protocol to facilitate data collection.
  • Organize and coordinate data collection sessions.
  • Facilitate the collection of biological samples.
  • Coordinate and supervise research assistants.
  • Help prepare and submit ethics protocol applications.
  • Conduct literature searches and summarize findings.
  • Perform data coding, cleaning, and basic analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of research activities.
