Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the products distributed by the company, ensuring effective product positioning and lifecycle management.
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support by analyzing customer requirements and recommending tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present solution proposals that align with customer needs and technical requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical/application support via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations to help customers understand product features and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support customer retention.
• Liaise with product principals to share customer feedback and insights, contributing to product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other engineering disciplines related to automation
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, product training will be provided
• Knowledge of PLC, control/automation systems, or IoT is an added advantage
