  • Maintain knowledge of procedures and decision frameworks.
Job description

Salary Range: $3,200 to $3,500 + $500 Shift allowance

  • 6 days work week (Compulsory to work on 1 weekend)
  • Willing to work on PH on rotational basis
  • 7 working hours a day, 42 hours a week, no OT required
  • For start/end time with no public transport, can take taxi
Monday to Friday Shift

1st shift – 12am to 8am SGT

2nd Shift – 8am to 4pm SGT

3rd Shift – 4pm to 12am SGT

Saturday Shift

1st Shift – 1am to 9am SGT (Summer – Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)) or 2am to 10am SGT (Winter – Eastern Standard Time (EST))

2nd Shift – 12noon to 8pm SGT

Sunday Shift

1st Shift – 8am to 4pm SGT

2nd Shift – 4pm to 12am SGT

Responsibilities
  • Review transactions alerted by the filtering system
    • Identify the obvious false positive alerts that need to be released for final processing
    • Escalate the true alerts to Level B1 for investigation
  • Contribute to an efficient treatment of alerts by the team in the defined timescale by: quickly informing the team leader of any issue relating to the system or unexpected surges in volumes, providing feedback on the nature of alerts in the context of unusual circumstances in order to help team manager with the reporting to head-office team
  • Maintain the knowledge of the decision grid and of its potential evolution by performing the training as requested
  • Maintain the knowledge of the Level A procedures and decision grids by performing the training as requested
  • Perform cross team (night or day shifts) coverage as and when required
