About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead a strategic architecture engagement and deliver a clear, actionable enterprise architecture blueprint. This role is hands‑on and outcome‑driven, bridging business strategy, digital ambition, and technical implementation. You will guide the organisation’s transition from current‑state to future‑state architecture powered by modern digital platforms, cloud, data, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Blueprint Development
  • Assess and document current‑state architecture across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains
  • Define future‑state architecture leveraging cloud, APIs, data platforms, and automation
  • Develop target architecture blueprint with principles, guardrails, and logical/physical views
• Transition & Roadmap
  • Create a phased migration roadmap with quick wins and strategic initiatives
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and architectural building blocks for digital transformation
• Business–Technology Alignment
  • Translate business strategy into actionable architecture designs
  • Engage senior stakeholders to validate priorities and ensure feasibility
• Governance & Decision Support
  • Provide architectural guidance to ongoing initiatives
  • Define standards, patterns, and reference models
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate complex concepts in clear, executive‑friendly language
  • Facilitate workshops and produce high‑quality architecture artefacts

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or large‑scale Solution Architecture
• Proven experience delivering architecture blueprints in transformation programs
• Strong background in digital and software‑driven architectures, including:
  • Cloud & hybrid platforms
  • API & integration architectures
  • Data & analytics platforms
  • Modern application architectures (microservices, event‑driven, domain‑driven)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Success Measures

• Delivery of an executable architecture blueprint (current, transition, future)
• Stakeholder buy‑in and alignment across business and technology teams
